This Gantry Crane training is designed for any personnel who are required to use or work with an Overhead Gantry Crane or Hoist.
By the end of the course the successful candidates will be able to carry out a safe pre-shift inspection of both crane and lifting accessories.
Be able to operate the machine safely and correctly in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and accepted good practice.
Understand basic slinging principles, rig and safely transport a load from pick up to set down point.
